Pricing

All pricing on little funky monkey is in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and includes GST. little funky monkey reserves the right to change prices without notice. If we have sales on our website these are until the last day of the month unless otherwise stated. If there is no end date stated then the sale will finish at 12AM on the last day of the month.

Ordering

At little funky monkey, We understand that customers have different needs and desires. We have devised several forms of ordering so you the customer can decide what best suits you.

Online

Orders can be made online with the help of our user-friendly shopping cart system. Our order form is running on an eComm secure server using an eWay payment gateway, and details are scrambled-everything about you remains confidential. We accept payment online by Visa & Mastercard.

If you wish to pay via Paypal, please process your order as a Bank Transfer payment option with Paypal written in the comments section, we will then email you through the invoice for payment via this method. Currently we are unable to integrate Paypal into our website.

E-mail

We accept orders via email. Simply email sales@littlefunkymonkey.co.nz to let us know what you want, and your method of payment. We will contact you within 24 hours with order confirmation and payment details.

Goods paid for by cheque, money order or direct deposit will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Please consider this may take up to 4 working days in some cases.

Out Of Stock Items / Back-Orders

From time to time, things will be out of stock. Should this happen, we will be in contact immediately and notify you of this. You will be given the opportunity to cancel your order, choose an alternate product, or we can back-order your item. In the event that more than one item is ordered, the items in-stock will be dispatched to you, and the back-ordered item shipped once we have received it, at our own expense.

Please note: We will not back order on sale or discounted items.

Returns & Exchanges

At little funky monkey we appreciate that although the standard of our product is exceptional, from time to time a customer may purchase an item that is not the right size, colour, or they just may not like it. If that is the case we encourage you to contact us via email, phone or fax to arrange an exchange.

you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or after 30 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Contact must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, with all packaging and labels intact. An additional delivery fee for this service will be charged.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order please email us at info@littlefunkymonkey.co.nz along with your details and order number and we will be happy to cancel your order and refund your money in the form that you paid.

Faulty Goods

At little funky monkey every dispatched item, is checked and packaged with care. Should an item be faulty, we urge the purchaser to contact us via phone, email or fax to discuss. Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact. little funky monkey will give a full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault. Shipping costs will not be included in refund.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation.
